HISTORY / ABOUT US

We have been in the construction industry since 1989. We were originally located in the Denver, Colorado area. In 1997 we relocated to Radnor, Ohio in order to be closer to family here. We handle all aspects of home improvement: additions, decks, bathrooms, kitchens, doors, windows, basements, pole barns and foundation repairs, and insurance repairs. We also do small tenant finish/commercial work.

The company currently consists of five employees. All the employees are experienced and have been with the company for many years. We know that entrusting your home to strangers is a difficult thing to do. We want to introduce you to the people that make up our company. These are the people that work to make your dream a reality.

Wendy Pool is the company President and is one of the founders. She is responsible for all of the administrative functions such as accounting, preparing typed documents, and basic CAD drawings.

David Pool is the Vice President and is also one of the founders. He has been in construction for over 30 years. He is in charge of sales and estimating. He is the person you will meet with to discuss your project. David is a Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR) through the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Remodelers Council. This certification stands for professionalism, experience, and a commitment to quality. A CGR means that David has met NAHB prescribed standards of business practice. Has a proven track record of successfully completing projects. Has completed relevant educational requirements, and pledges to uphold the CGR Code of Ethics. David must re-certify every three years to maintain his designation.

Mike Zirger is a Lead Carpenter. He is responsible for taking a project from start to finish and working directly with the clients. He also supervises other contractors on the projects. He has years of experience and brings his wisdom and ideas to the company. He has been with the company since March, 2000 and is an asset to the company.

Craig Dresback is a Lead Carpenter. He is one of the company carpenters who is responsible for taking a project from start to completion and also supervises other contractors on the projects. He has years of experience in the construction industry. He started with us in 2003.

Gordon Seese is also a Lead Carpenter and responsible for taking a project from start to completion. He is an experience carpenter who has been with our company since 1998.

Lonnie Pool assists the company with excavations, plumbing and electrical work. He has over 30 years of experience and is an asset to the company.

Terry Dresback is in charge of production and works on scheduling and ordering. He is usually the first person you talk to and the last. He has been with us since 2006.

Subcontractors, we have many subcontractors we use when needed, such as plumber, electrician, drywaller, etc. All of our subcontractors are insured and have been working with us for years. They are all excellent, experienced professionals in their field of choice.


Hopefully this gives you some information about the people associated with our company. We are happy to provide references to serious inquirers, but to protect the privacy of our customers we do not list them here.
